An introduction to yoga: a complete system of self-development, starting with breathing and relaxation techniques, warm-ups and beginning postures. The basic philosophy and practice of meditation will be covered. Adults of all ages and body types are welcome. On-going:

Restorative Yoga Gentle, restorative chair yoga that is adapted
to each person's capabilities. Learn techniques to help manage pain and

Pilates Prep Class Ongoing Pilates class where participants learn the
basic movements from a skilled physical therapist. This class is specifically
designed to prepare you for learning and using Pilates fundamentals as
