Fees for Physical Therapy at Orlanu

Orlanu no longer bills private health insurance companies directly. Patients receive receipts with physical therapy codes to submit to insurance companies for reimbursement.

Prior to your first visit:

1. Call your insurance to find out what your ‘out of network’ benefits are. Orlanu is an out of network provider only.  Insurance companies will have separate ‘in network’ and ‘out of network’ deductibles.

2. Check if your specific diagnosis is covered by your insurance company.

• Evaluation and initial treatment (90 minutes) $195 

• Hourly treatment session $140

• All payments are due at the time of service

How can I Pay?

Orlanu accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash and Checks. Many people with high deductibles or no insurance need advanced Physical Therapy services. We think that everyone deserves to receive the care they need at a reasonable price. 

Orlanu will also work with you regarding payment plans. 

Cancellation/
No-Show Fee

There will be a $75.00 fee applied if a visit is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment.
