CLASS

Learn to integrate the fundamentals of the Pilates Method principles in this floor mat class. You will be exercising your spinal muscles in a variety of positions to help you with your home, work and recreational activities. This class emphasizes strengthening, stabilizing and overall conditioning for healthy core musculature.

Please bring an exercise mat, yoga block, two light free weights, and a water bottle.

Learn to integrate the fundamentals of the Pilates Method principles in this ball class. While exercising on a ball can be more challenging, the ball's movable surface will facilitate your body's inherent balance reactions so much faster and more easily than a floor or chair. This class also emphasizes strengthening, stabilizing and overall conditioning for healthy core musculature.

Please bring an exercise ball, yoga block, two light free weights and a water bottle.
